CHELSEA PRZYDZIAL, PA
Chelsea Przydzial is a Physician Assistant with 9 years of healthcare experience. She completed both her undergraduate and PA education at East Carolina University and has furthered her expertise with specialized training in functional medicine.
Chelsea's career began in Urgent Care and the Pediatric Emergency Department, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of patient care. For the last several years, she has specialized in treating chronic pain, utilizing a variety of modalities to enhance quality of life.
She values patient education and believes in providing families with a range of choices, guiding them to make the best decisions for their physical and mental health. Chelsea’s approach is rooted in a balance between holistic and conventional medicine, ensuring that each patient receives the most appropriate and effective care.
Chelsea lives in Clayton with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling, being outside, and trying out new recipes. She is excited to be a part of Well One Health and looks forward to helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.


JACQUELINE RUSSELL CPNP-PC
Jacqueline Russell is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with seven years of healthcare experience. She earned her degree from Duke University and has a background in both the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and urgent care settings. Through these experiences, she has gained a deep appreciation for the value of health and the critical role of disease prevention.
Jacqueline is dedicated to partnering with parents, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about their child’s health. She is passionate about proactive healthcare and strives to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where all children and families feel valued and cared for.
She has seen firsthand the profound impact a more holistic approach can have on children’s well-being and is eager to integrate this into her practice. She combines this perspective with a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine from her training at Duke, allowing her to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care.

In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys traveling to beautiful destinations with her husband, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family.


BRETNEY WYATT, DNP, FNP-BC
Bretney Wyatt is a board-certified, Doctor of Nursing Practice – prepared Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of diverse healthcare experience. Her clinical background spans women’s health, pediatrics, adult primary care and urgent care, allowing her to care for patients across the lifespan with confidence and skill. Bretney values evidence-based medicine while recognizing that true health extends beyond symptoms and diagnoses.

She is passionate about partnering with patients and families creating a space where they feel heard and respected. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Bretney focuses on individualized care plans that align with each patient’s values, goals, and long-term wellness. She prioritizes education, prevention, and root-cause exploration, helping patients make informed decisions and take ownership of their health journey.

Bretney’s greatest joy is spending time with her four daughters. Being a mother deeply influences her approach to care, prioritizing compassion and understanding while striving for balance and wellness.


TERESA TOOMEY, DPT
Dr. Teresa Toomey, PT, DPT, CLT, WCS is a pelvic floor and lymphedema specialist. She’s passionate about helping patients through education, movement, and personalized care. She earned her doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh and has advanced training in lymphedema therapy. Teresa blends clinical expertise with a heart for healing.
When she’s not helping clients feel strong and confident in their bodies, you’ll find her cooking, exercising, or out walking her pup.
